Lived life as it is was meant to be!!

It's been a year since your tragic death and many lives have been changed forever, mine included. Every morning, I put on the bracelet of your teachings, my failings, your enthusiastic pursuits and above all everything related to you, that smells, reminds of you created in your memory and vow to "be the best I can be".

Part of me follows my dreams because I know yours have ended.

I love to think about the days we spent together. Remember how you convinced me to climb up and raise myself to such standards that even the word ‘peers’ itself would be like an honor for those who chose to be my compatriots? How you motivated me, pushed me to dizzying heights. Such was the strength of your conviction in me and mine in you that I could no longer remember that it was I who was afraid not of heights but the deep troughs of failure and it was your confidence in me that made me feel safe.

And remember when we were out playing football and I got hurt and I picked up a quarrel with a person much bigger than both of us in size as well as age and how you came to my rescue and together we downed the ‘Goliath’.

I miss all of the fun we had; the games we played, our traditional weekends at the lake side eating, hunting, my many firsts (mostly on the wrong side) and all of the laughs!

You truly lived, loved and laughed. ‘We’ miss you.
